Fly by wire system on the B737NG?

The one massive reason why Boeing does not have fly by wire on their 737's or any other airplanes is because of trust in their pilots. Boeing has constantly showed their trust for pilots because of this: If lets say drastic action needs to be taken in an airplane, Boeing believes placing trust in a human is much more important then an electronic interface. Airbus on the other hand firmly believes in quick computer based actions instead of too much pilot control. This is why airliners like fly by wire: because they want to get pilots out of the system. You will also notice that a pilot in a boeing does alot more with a yoke then an airbus pilot. This key reason is why pilots prefer Boeing. So do I, although, airbus is stellar too. And naturally, why fix something not needing to be fixed? Good Question!
