Comparison:Toyota Mark X vs Mercedes-Benz C Klasse (W203)?

Hi guys.Hope u r doing well.The title says all but still i wanna clear my statement further more.As you guys r expert when it comes to anything.I wanna ask that These 2 cars cant be compared cuz there is no comparison with The Mercedes-Benz.But i wanna know which is better cuz i got these 2 options from my father.I wanna know which car is better in terms of Safety,Driving,Handling,Comfort,Reliabil… and i know that performance wise mark x is better cuz i m here comparing C200 Kompressor model (W203).So guys throw some light into the topic.I m waiting for your expert replies.Thanks in advance.
